Welcome t0 Jane Sebburn Pilates

Jane Sebburn is an experienced Pilates teacher, personal trainer and massage therapist who has been professionally involved in the fitness field for 25 years. Passionate, enthusiastic and encouraging, Jane works with clients at every level of expertise and age. “I always look at the person and their lifestyle before working with them to design a programme,” she explains. Jane believes the best way to get results is to build exercise into your lifestyle and do something you enjoy.

Jane has many returning clients, and strongly believes in understanding what the person wants and will focus on whichever area of exercise or wellbeing they are looking to improve. Individual tuition is often the most effective way to learn Pilates and is of particular interest in people who have back, joint or shoulder injuries or requiring extra supervision.

Jane’s dedication, knowledge and skills have enhanced people’s life through exercise. Having trained at Morley College, London where she got a distinction from the Royal Society of Arts, Exercise to Music, as her client base grew, she gained new skills through the YMCA Resistance training, Sports Nutrition and ITEC Level 3 in Anatomy & Physiology. Jane trained under Bego Munoz in Malaga where she studied Classical Pilates. Her latest qualification is through the Jackie Hamilton School of Massage where she gained a Diploma Level 3 as a massage therapist.

Based in beautiful North Norfolk, Jane offers individual tuition on Zoom or in your home. For a complete wellness package, Swedish Massage is available in Docking.
