About Jane Sebburn
Jane Sebburn is an experienced Pilates teacher, personal trainer and massage therapist who has been professionally involved in the fitness field for over 25 years. Jane works with clients at every level of expertise and age. She believes the best way to get results, is to build exercise into your lifestyle and do something you enjoy.
Her continued dedication to Pilates came following a boat accident which resulted in having no upper mobility or strength. This determination to train extensively through Pilates led her to study further to help other people with injuries like herself.
Jane lives near the sea on the North Norfolk coast offering individual tuition in person and online.
