As a qualified personal trainer, Jane can guide her clients to a fitter, leaner and healthier lifestyle. The journey begins with a programme tailored to the aims of each individual, be that enhanced energy, strength, toning, flexibility gains or all of the above and more.

Jane uses squats, lunges and abdominal exercise along with resistance training with weights and high intensity interval training for maximum cardio fitness. As a practitioner of anatomy and physiology for remedial exercise, Jane can also help with recovery after illness and surgery.
